I have just recieved my two bottles of the Radha Krishna and Vrindaban scented oils. I cannot believe how beautiful the scents are, also the small, glass bottles. I was very happy with the stock and how quickly it took for the stock to arrive, the service at the Krishna store is excellent. When I opened the bottles I offered them both to Krishna first, I am sure he will be pleased.
In the past I have also bought the Supreme Sandalwood incense. Again, excellent service and the incense is the best Sandalwood scent I have ever noticed - sweet yet still with the scent of classic Sandalwood.
I am going to make more purchases from the Krishna Store soon. I highly recommend the store to purchase stock.

Having uplifted the package from the courier dept, I opened it and received two nicely made, very robust dhoti. They were securely packaged. I tried them on, then after initial washing I wore each one for my early morning devotions. One of the dhoti (the one pictured) I wore to Holi festival recently. Gaura-Nitai outfits nice colour, fabric and very good value for money. I like to use them as a base for adding trimmings, embroidery, jewellery etc as nice day outfits. My photo illustrates the yellow 'Nightime' costume made up in this way. One chaddar slightly different colour, but offer of exchange was promptly made. Aratik set, tray very nice, items a little small to be practical and the lamp poor quality (again a replacement has been offered), but i only needed the tray, so no problem. A general comment is that particularly with Indian goods, labels are fixed using a glue that is difficult/impossible to remove without damaging surfaces. This is just some feedback on behalf of many others who find this annoying. The whompers are fine- i might even order the larger ones too! The karatala bags are really nice and a perfect fit for the instrument, would definitely recommend.

I felt like quitting Krishna consciousness because my friend comes down here with a
free breakfast of meat and I feel obligated to eat it so I was dumping the books onto
charity shops but I was always drawn back to Krishna so I was ordering more from time
to time . Swami Prabupadhu has interesting comments on desire, he says you can't kill desire
but rechannel it for a higher purpose . Take the Buddha reaching nirvana didn't curb his
appetite - you must have seen statues of the Buddha after enlightenment depicted as being fat . Also deep meditation can be dangerous as the Devil could get in tempting you . Mantra
meditation is easier , so chant Hare Krishna ! - and be happy !.

Title: Confirmation of personal experience
Many decades ago a light opened up in the midst of meditation. This puzzled me and as a consequence I spent many years researching and asking peoples opinions. No one could give me an answer until I watched Prabhupada giving instruction to his disciples in this DVD set. Whilst there are one or two things that I cannot agree with, in the way that humans are like precious stones and it is their imperfections that give them their colour, his words have given explanation enough to satisfy.
